Building on your customized Emergency Operations Plan, ECI staff will personally educate your personnel on basic business continuity and emergency management practices.
An ECI professional will remain on-site for the duration of your event. As your Emergency Concierge, ECI personnel will assist in coordinating any emergency needs, communications and hazard mitigation. Additionally, ECI personnel will assist in the preservation of business continuity and relationships to maintain a positive and caring environment regardless of the situation at hand.
